I harvested our first mega mushroom from Slog yesterday,

chopped it up and put it in an omelette
(with caramelized onions and a slice of swiss)
 It was delicious.

Who knew that you could grow mushrooms at home??
Now if only they had logs for chantarelles and porcini..
